Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC Workshops

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) apply to all workshop registrations. Failure to comply with these terms will result in your registration being declined.

By booking a workshop, you are entering into this agreement and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

General

  • When purchasing a workshop through this website, you agree that you are purchasing directly from Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC and not from any third parties or partners. Any inquiries regarding your purchase must be made directly to Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC.

  • Workshop registration does not include travel or accommodations. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own transportation and lodging.

  • Attendees should arrive on time and participate fully each day. If you cannot attend, you must notify us immediately. Refunds are not issued for missed portions of the workshop due to lateness.

  • Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise noted.

  • For workshops offering payment plans or deposits, all payments must be completed at least 14 days before the workshop begins, unless otherwise noted. Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your spot and a cancellation fee.

  • Unacceptable or inappropriate behavior during the workshop will result in dismissal without a refund.

  • Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC reserves the right to change the venue or structure of the workshop. Any changes will be communicated to attendees promptly.

Fees, Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests made within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund.

  • After 7 days, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from any refunds.

  • Same-day cancellations will not be honored, and attendees will forfeit their tickets. In such cases, we recommend reselling your ticket to another person.

  • Repeated refund or cancellation requests will be reviewed at the discretion of Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC.

Transferring to Another Workshop

  • Transfer requests may be accommodated if sufficient time is available to fill your spot. Transfers are at the sole discretion of Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC. Transfers are not permitted if the workshop you wish to leave is fully booked.

Workshop Cancellations

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or other reasons, attendees will receive a full refund of fees or deposits. Travel or accommodation costs will not be refunded. We recommend purchasing travel insurance and booking accommodations with flexible cancellation policies.

Travel/Flight Cancellations

  • Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC is not responsible for travel disruptions or delays. Attendees should plan their travel with ample time to account for unexpected issues. Refunds will not be provided for missed portions of the workshop due to travel complications.

Reselling a Ticket

  • Tickets may be resold if you cannot attend. Notify Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC in advance to confirm the new attendee's details and ensure their entry to the workshop. Failure to inform us may result in denied entry.

Image Usage & Privacy

  • Images taken during the workshop are for portfolio use only. They may be shared on social media or personal websites but cannot be used commercially, submitted to magazines, exhibitions, or competitions without permission.

  • Commercial use of workshop images is prohibited without model and property releases, which are not provided. Legal liability may result from improper usage.

  • Recording or filming the workshop without prior permission is not allowed.

Liability

  • Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC is not responsible for personal injuries or property damage occurring at the workshop venue.

  • Attendees are responsible for their belongings and equipment. Lost or damaged items are not the responsibility of Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC.

This Agreement contains the full terms agreed upon between you and Alonza Mitchell Multimedia LLC and supersedes any prior discussions or information regarding the workshops.
